Grafivedras' strategic objectives for the 2021-2025 timeframe are:
- Modernization and adaptation of new production processes aiming to increase production process capacity, efficiency and quality;
- Expand its presence in the national and international market (directly and indirectly), in order to diversify the current customer portfolio;
- Explore new products with greater intensity, through new production technologies (labeling and packaging);
- Reduce operational costs related to energy consumption;
- Invest in innovative technologies.
